XtraNet has serviced the Canadian HP Partner Channel very successfully since 2001. This new relationship will capitalize on the unique, high quality delivery capabilities of XtraNet for the whole of North America. HP LaserJets and DesignJetsHewlett Packard’s popular LaserJet and DesignJet products are everywhere in North America and servicing them requires official product training. With tough economic conditions the need for high quality authorized service is escalating, especially as older printers near the end of their lifecycles. Being Service Qualified by HP and is a key contributor to establishing ongoing and re-occurring revenue streams. Hewlett Packard and XtraNet have agreed to make Service Qualification easier and more accessible to the channel. XtraNet’s unique training model will bring the most popular Hewlett Packard products to you. Over the following months, XtraNet will start to implement its Roadshow model whereby the training is brought to HP Partners in major US cities.
